Avoid the "Add On" look

The family room on the right was built on post and beam construction, using quality ACQ treated lumber. This addition was expertly finished without the “add-on” look, giving a consistent look throughout the home. Ceramic tile and hardwood floor can be installed by us or carpeting can be installed by your choice of subcontractors. A wide variety of interior finishes available including high quality 1/2" gypsum drywall. Plasterboard seams are prepped, and ready for textured skim coat. Painting can be done upon request through one of our quality subcontractors. Lighting structures can be accomplished in many ways, you choose the arrangement and we'll install it. The trapezoid glass is manufactured in a single paned, doubled strength manner with many tinted options available.

The exterior was finished with the same attention to detail as the interior with the appearance that the extension of the home was built the same time as the rest of the house. All windows and doors are color and brand matched to your existing doors and windows. The completed room was left in a "move in" state, accordant to the rest of the home.

Dormers

Here you can see the dramatic effect we have given this home. The Three new vaulted dormers add much more interest to the very average existing rooms and front entrance. Allowing more light into the interior of the home the windows are as functional as they are attractive. The porch roof is extended and complimented by a new deck surface. Materials are of course a choice of the customers interest and budget, ranging from synthetic to pressure treated lumber.

An exterior finish of quality materials and craftsmanship from siding to soffit and facia, as per the customer's choice, brings a much more dramatic effect to the front end to the home.
